  1. There are more than half of the club in your bag can easily go for the green from your ball location. Could use better example. You can use chase and run, low check, punch and so on. Unless you are complete idiot you are not going for this open invitation.

  2. In this situation you dont need to punch out at all club down 1-3 clubs and shoot under the trees worst case you end up in the bunker which is still higher percentage than a 70 yd wedge shot

  3. Upside to living in an area with a lot of woods where they carve a golf course out of a forest is you get real good at punching out forwards up to 100yds.
