In the final round of the 2025 Valspar Championship, Viktor Hovland shoots a 4-under 67 to get to 11-under after 72 holes, winning his seventh PGA TOUR title by one shot over Justin Thomas.

The PGA TOUR’s Florida Swing concludes at the Valspar Championship. Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course, long considered a favorite by many on TOUR, is once again ready to play host to an impressive field. Peter Malnati looks to double-down on victory as he returns after winning in 2024 by two shots. Jordan Spieth is back in action at the Valspar along with Justin Thomas, Shane Lowry, Tommy Fleetwood and Adam Scott. 23 of the top 50-ranked golfers in the world are set to tee it up in Tampa on the run up to the Masters.

    Love Viks openness and honesty as someone who struggles with the mental side of golf it is awesome and refreshing to hear that pga pros (winners at that) have the same challenges.

    This just shows what happens is golf can be very up and down and strange … viktor has been so good and also up and down and bad at some things , but he’s won 7 times … tommy fleetwood is 7 years older than Viktor , turned pro 9 years before Viktor , joined the pga tour 2 years before Viktor , has played 30 more events than Viktor …
    Tommy and Viktor both have 5 runner ups and 5 3rds , almost the same top 5s and Tommy has a few more top 10s… but tommy has 0 wins and Viktor has 7 , which is also more than Rickie now , and rickies been on tour for 10 years more than viktor , although he has a whopping 15 runner ups which is nuts …
    Viktor has 2 less years on tour than fleetwood and 30 events less , and he’s won 7 times more and has 7 million more

    Brilliant win for Viktor congratulations and great to see JT up there too very classy guy see him go in to the scorers room to congratulate Viktor and then sign autographs for fans it disappoints me to say I can think of one Northern Irish man who would have been out of there altogether when Viktors final putt dropped

    This was the "smartest" round of golf he ever played. His strength is great iron play from 150 out! He just proved it. Hitting it a mile is great but only when it is findable!! Congrats!

    I love Viktor for so many reasons. Down-to-earth, humble, solid player. I watched him when OSU won the NCAA national championship and he's been my favorite player since he turned pro. Glad to see him get a W!
