St. John’s stars RJ Luis, Deivon Smith and Simeon Wilcher contemplated the end of their season after falling in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. They agreed that all their late-game comebacks may have finally caught up to them and they just “didn’t have it,” on Saturday afternoon. Wilcher blamed himself for getting to into foul trouble, feeling “I let my guys down.” Despite the loss, Smith and Luis called it a “great ride and a year to remember.”
