A Top QB is supposed to be able to lift terrible franchises like Burrow has done for Cincy. Burrow entered into a Worse spot than Herbert yet has taken them to much higher highs. The amount of Future HOF QBs with 0 playoff wins in the 1st 5 years probably isn't a long list and is made up of exceptions like Young who was a backup for a long time

I understand that never blaming QB’s is your thing, but Herbert doesn’t deserve ANY blame for the Jags loss? Up 20 at the half, they score 3 points in the second half and lose by 1. If you want to argue percentages of blame I think that’s a discussion, but ZERO blame seems a little bananas, imo.

Herbert is by far the best qb in the nfl.. it’s not close …for example.. The Chiefs o line was in shambles against the Eagles and we all saw how Mahomes played .. well guess what Herbert’s O line has been worst his entire career and still holds every nfl passing record .. Burrows’ defense was horrible.. guess what prior to this year Herbert had a historically bad defense… Herbert is generational.. I don’t say it .. Kurt Warner says it, Dan Marino says , Jim Harbaugh says it .. I think they know something about the qb position .. not you internet clowns

Charger fan here…herb …actually is a lil stiff when he runs..big dude which is understandable..strong arm..but has a slow release..crucial when getting blitz..and he never calls anybody to pick up the blitz…just watch KC blitz on 3rd downs..I know they blitz every 3rd down..chargers always just have 5 guys blocking on 3rd down…umm is this professional scheme or just coincidence
