The companies that brought those casino properties leveled them to the ground and rebuilt to avoid any association with him.
Trump is not a highly regarded as a developer and contractor as you think in America, especially on the east coast where he put many small contractors into bankruptcy, had 6 business bankruptcies, fraud with Trump University, used a charitable foundation he started for his own personal gain, now being investigated for cooking the books twice with the IRS on the Chicago towers (for which he bankrupted a personal friends family business by not paying them), can’t get loans from American banks because of his bankruptcies and for over inflating the values of his properties.
