  2. 13:20 The most egregious use of 15.1 that I can recall was at the 1999 Phoenix Open when Tiger Woods used the help of a crowd of spectators to move a one ton boulder that his ball was behind. It caused quite a controversy, but was ruled legal by the U.S.G.A.. Today the boulder has a plaque on it commemorating the event. B-T-W, Tiger went on to birdie that hole.
