In this golf swing lesson, I demonstrate how the shoulders should turn and rise through impact, and in particular, how the lead shoulder has the feeling of moving upwards through the impact zone. The shoulder movement during the golf swing plays a vital role in providing a more consistent and reliable golf swing.Try to feel as if your shoulders are turning on a more vertical axis rather than spinning your shoulders out and over the top. Give it a try and let me know how you get on. Regards, Ian Sadler.

Good lesson Ian as ever. I realised yesterday that my finish was too square with not enough club head release. I reckon that could be the answer to the problem and add a few lost yards. Thanks.
Great
