Watch the base foot. Her ankle is ROCKING, her balance is insane. To smoothly glide through forms on solid ground would be one thing, and while sheโs helped by being a bit small on the dumbbell, those things arenโt even, sturdy platforms. Smoothly gliding through forms on a wobbly surface (even slightly wobbly) takes some serious balance.
Having short legs would make it a bit easier but then again it is still REALLY f*cling impressive I don't think anyone in this comment section could do that even with extremely tiny legs

To be fair the movements difficulty is heavily dependent on your Body proportions but they will Never be easy.
Short legs will not make this easy, but proportionally Long femurs will make it impossible
