This is more of the hitters move than the swinger's move away from the ball. The important thing to note is she's not dragging the head deep inside but rather up on plane. Even from this angle I can see she's not pulling it inside which can be a problem with a quick wrist move especially for amateurs. But she's just setting it early and the overall look of the overall swing is very circular, no rerouting. But it's a more rapid rhythm than many of the ladies.
She has the golf club in a perfect position at the top of her swing. If you could get her to turn her hips more during the backswing she'd hit it 20 yd further
