  3. The point of David Goggins is to be the extra in anything that you do. Not so much that it would help or harm you though most things that he does wouldn’t necessarily harm you, we’re meant to be taken as a way to mentally tax yourself and garden your discipline and mental fortitude. I don’t think he necessarily tells people to stretch for 2 hours more just telling them what he does that works for him. What they do with that information is entirely up to them.

  4. My stretches go on for 30 min to an hour from sitting at my desk all day. Over it, but if i dont, bad things happen.

  6. Well if you watch juji mufu, not saying he’s an expert, but he can do the splits and he said it takes him over 30-60 minutes to warm-up stretch before being able to do the splits.
