A municipal golf course. Some would say the centerpiece of most cities, neighborhoods, & small towns within which they reside. For the folks in Scranton, Pennsylvania, their Muni has seen it’s last day. Facing financial turmoil before the COVID-19 shutdowns, an inevitable closure became reality for Superintendant Ed Cimoch and his staff.
