Flying to Cornwall was certainly a stretch. I had spent the evening planning, working on the figures with a number of contingency plans and a decision point at half way. If I didn’t have enough fuel on board, I would turn back. In the end, the plan came together and I had just enough fuel to get there.
I had arranged fuel to allow for my flight home and it was a wonderful achievement to fly 3 counties and back again.
