What about the rings? Do you think doing iron crosses will help me hit it further? And what about Squats / Hack Squats / Barbell Lunges / Bulgarian lunges / leg press machine / hip abductor & thigh abductors / leg curls / romanian deads / deadlifts / donkey calve raises / wind sprints? Should i intergrate these into my golf training routine? I do enjoy blasting the legs but sometimes I enjoy it a little too much and must sacrifice time out on the range so I can lift more. 💪 And when I go to complete and utter failure it often results in causing so much stress on the nervous system that I have to wait upwards of 2 weeks just to recover. Dorian Yates is my mentor and now that he is playing golf his aim is to go from Mr Olympia Winner 🏆 to Masters Champion which he'll probably accomplish too.
