DJ, Randy and Neil fire up the pod with a bit of a different start as we ask ourselves for three things that thrill and delight us in pro golf and then we open up our listener voicemails.
On tonight’s Back Nine we recap Joe Highsmith’s win at PGA National, the significance – or lack thereof – of Jake Knapp’s 59, LPGA, the latest from the DP World Tour, and TGL, PGA Tour HQ Layoffs, and in honor of tonight’s Oscars, Pro Golfers as Best Picture nominees.
We also hear from Soly who catches up with Thomas Dietry to relive his win in Phoenix and the challenge of closing out a PGA Tour tournament before we close out with some housekeeping ahead of a busy week of #content.

I thought this is gonna be an Oscar pod reunion.
The 2025 feet of putts made/mule correlation is illuminating.

Welcome aboard the Spieth train, Big. Choo MF'ing Choo.
“Cognizant of all the beaches” made me laugh wayyyy harder than it probably should have.
Would like a “career feet of putts made” stat
God you guys are firing on all cylinders. The Montgomery “oil spill” (I fully agree with Icarito btw) and the “golf nap” (the fuc&in best).
New game “have we seen their best golf?” Speith? Homa? Fleetwood? Cam Young, etc.
Luke Clanton took 25 more practice swings while you were talking about him.
The C Suite is on notice: put the word out, this is the A team now. Pod was ELECTRIC. Send

Squeezy Hot Cuts was my nickname in high school.
Very much enjoyed this week's pocast; well done. Some notes:
1. On the tennis front, you mentioned Daniel Berger's unorthodox swing, check out videos of his (professional tennis player) father's unorthodox serve. And re: Dustin Brown, if you have any interest in tennis whatsoever, check out interviews and highlight reels of his. He never won a grand slam, never even won an ATP tournament, and never cracked the top 50 in the world rankings, but when asked who their tennis idols were growing up, younger tennis pros on tour both male and female will often name Federer, either Nadal or Djokovic, and Dustin Brown.
2. It's pronounced TitikooN, not TitikooM.
3. Thomas Detry was not at all how I expected him to be in the interview. Not only was he pretty candid and insightful, but seems like a very good guy. Definitely a fan now.
Bro squeezer hot cuts is one of the funniest things ive ever heard. Capping it off with the Magic losing by 40 was too fucking funny.
