Two seasons ago, the Orioles leaned one of baseball’s deepest rosters to take the American League East and establish themselves as contenders. But in 2024, Baltimore struggled to overcome significant injuries in a season marred by a disappointing season half. Has general manager Mike Elias done enough to strengthen the roster this winter?

Yet my concern is the leaderships ability to manage and lead, Elias is at best 50/50 on pitching decsions and Hydes in ability to figure out left hand hitting struggles as well as beeing stubborn with slumping players ie Cowser hitting in the 9th in the playoffs and keeping Bryan Baker in an Oriole uni. For now C- grade for Elias- outside of picking infield talent what has he done ? Hyde C- on how he just deals with issues like left hand hitting, bad bullpen moves, failed to figure out the 7 week hitting slump. Also I still have to scream out loud GUNNER HENDERSON is a future HOF……in the OUTFIELD especially CF !! HE is super human athelete NOT a techincal player,he is NOT a SS !!!!!! HE is Robin Yount ! Bryan Baker is a fan KILLER he is horrendous picth to contact failure who either walks the bases loaded who gives up walk off GS. It is sad to see Elias fail over and over with Free Agent pitchers and Hyde fail at being more then a great Becnh Coach …..
