Cause for Concern for Jordan Spieth?

Jordan Spieth is making his fourth PGA Tour start since offseason wrist surgery this week at the Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches. In his first three starts, he has a T-4, T-69 and a missed cut. Spieth said there were some shots that still bothered his wrist while playing on the West Coast. How much of a concern should the wrist be? What should be expect from Spieth this week?
