Nice that Charley will focus on her game instead of her image for 6 months. Maybe she’ll get her 3rd LPGA win, eventually.
Lydia Ko seems to be more interested in the endorsement offers as opposed to the tournaments since she passed on the Honda Tournament in Thailand last week.

What a competitive leaderboard for Round 1. A. L. Kim is impressive. Could have posted a -5 if it wasn't for the bogey on the back nine.
I'm glad the course is challenging. When Iwai opened with a -10 in the first round last week, that seemed too low. I actually prefer it when the courses are challenging since I think it better reflects who the better golfers are.
For some reason, I like Ryu's and Noh's chances. Even though they are far behind, I think they played pretty good. Maybe they have the potential for a 65 somewhere this week.
