  1. That and the mechanics of doing seated shoulder dumbbell presses don’t really work as well as a slightly higher incline bench, this being from what Dr Mike said in a few videos

Hey, I know this is random and has nothing to do with this video, but I think my body dysmorphia has really gone away and I think part of it is cause I just got done cutting from a pretty big bulk, I think the other part is because I just haven’t been seeing a lot of fitness influencers on my feed lately I had to go out of my way and search for you because of the algorithm change. I’m just really happy with my physique right now and felt like sharing.
