The lights at the driving range at Blainroe Golf Club.
Residents living near to the recently constructed golf driving range at Blainroe Golf Club have issued a complaint to Wicklow County Council over what they regard as the excessive glare shining into their homes from the lights which illuminate the range.
Householders maintain that the lighting is being projected into the sky from the driving range and can be seen from Wicklow town driving south, Brittas Bay driving north and from the M11. There have also been complaints that the lighting is shining into people’s properties and bedrooms.
