  1. Grand week-end of SR down South! A couple or three "up-sets" and almost one for my International team, too. Great craic! Ireland are not "in trouble", we simply met a more settled Welsh side with a new coach, some new players and a well implimented game plan. It was a proper "Celtic Clash". They gave us their very best, which is wonderful. Now for the bad and the good. We lost Gary, which fractured our mid-field A & D. We leaked two tries due to that. The good? THANK YOU NZ, for the 20min red card law initiative! We woulda been buggered otherwise. 20mins passed and, like some other really good sides, we found a way to grab the rudder and steer ourselves to a 'W'. That gave us The Triple Crown. I see France scraped a 'W' against the Eye-ties. The mid-field structure and tackle rate from Italy was, "outstanding"😉 Cheers Marty, hag oll. God bless New Zealand 🏴‍☠☘👍

  2. This isnt even a rugby show and they still have better analysis than shows like 'the breakdown. Keep it up Marty

  3. Martin it was said that the chiefs had the same pack as they did at the beginning of last years comp . Well two players who were not playing at the beginning were Josh Lord and Simon Parker And they have made a great start for the Chiefs this season .Both are big men Parker especially if he keeps carrying on with the form he is displaying could be a shot for higher honors . As the AB loose forwards lack size and with his size he has the potential to be a real asset

  4. "If Gibson Park was off the pitch, Ireland would be in real trouble." Oh, like how he was in the SA vs. Ireland two test series?

  5. It is good rugby but it is also when we head north they penalise the shit out of us. We need rules that are globally standardized and more importantly referees trained the same way. An international academy or the like probably exists but only referees that graduate from such a place should ref professional games. The rules are something we can't rely on to make an entertaining game but the refs, all on the same page can still interpret those rules while keeping the more pedantic parts to a minimum.

  6. Ireland won't be to concerned 7 changes 3 six nations debuts and a red card. 2 weeks time will be the first time we see the full Ireland 23 unlike mild rotation in the first 3 rounds

  7. Yup ……its all about the N̈Z players in Ireland…… we'd be fucked without em…..in a game that now requires a 30 man squad! 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 you guys are hilarious

  8. Regarding fan engagement for Super Rugby Pacific. Far to frequent a use of away strips when there is no clash between respective normal colours.

Ensure teams wear their regular colours as often as possible to help maintain promote their identity and develop tribalism. We don’t want a new shirt every hour on the hour like the Warriors. Hell no.

  9. Ireland were ambushed by Wales! No one in their wildest dreams saw that performance coming. for Ireland to get the win with seven changes to their main side, pretty impressive. The pommy on hasn't a fricking clue

  10. The amount of Ireland hate in New Zealand media is really getting boring. The New Zealand born players who play for Ireland left New Zealand because they were never going to get in a look in for the All Blacks. They became international calibre players in the Irish system, JGB is a late bloomer for the first 3 seasons he played for in Ireland he was by no means first choice for Leinster.

    Get better guests Marty.
