  1. Here is another excellent player hitting driver not a average golfer. So of course he may gain a few yards .All these new drivers are overpriced and if you trade in a year old Q you taking a financial beating.👎

  2. Until TM offer a 3 year warranty on that carbon face, then i wont go near it, and i know a few others too. Dont trust a glued on face compared to a laser weld on Titanium drivers.

  3. Always been a TM guy. Love the new look. Possibly looking to switch to GT 2/3. I looked back and you were swinging GT at 110mph and today with TM your 113+. Curious if this is the head, shaft, or you just gained speed? Smash lower than GT as well. Side x side would be great.

  4. Was watching an older video review of yours on tour edge exotics pro 721 and you were getting ball speeds of 168. Was that driver really that hot bc I’m looking to pick one up for a very reasonable price?

  5. 4:30 The spin concerns me. When you strike the standard model almost dead in the sweet spot and get 3,017 spin, that's bad. When you moved the back weight forward spin did fall, but I would have liked to have seen a center strike shot to confirm spin from there. I like my spin to be 2,100-2,400 and I don't know if this head does that. I would likely opt for the LS head, but you did not have a center strike with it so I am left wondering what the spin would be, but does look better than the standard model. About the carbon face – I hit the Stealth Plus for the first time yesterday (in store simulator), and the sound and feel are outstanding. However, the numbers show no improvement over my current titanium driver (Bridgestone JGR Tour).

  6. Hi @Michael Newton Golf, Thanks for being an excellent club reviewer and certainly one of the best swings on YouTube.
I was wondering if there was scope to make a 'Core model comparison video' between the QI35 / QI10 / Stealth 2 / Stealth and SIM 2 to see the evolution of the carbon era vs the last of the titanium era.
    Keep the up videos!

  7. My standard stealth does the same thing it cost 110$ from 2nd swing after using 20$ off code get the same numbers and just as forgiving. people dont be suckered let these club makers know they really need to improve distance on these clubs.

  8. The driver looks OK, however, if you go back through Michael’s reviews starting back in 2020 swinging at 113 to 114 mph as here, he was scorching drives well over 300 anywhere from 305 yards right up to 338 yards with the first version of the Taylormade SIM driver. Virtually the same clubhead speed. Drivers are going nowhere for distance, just a lot of hype and blah blah blah along with increased prices. Even the Taylor made SIM2 and SIM2 Max drivers… similar club head speed much better distance. And the price in Canada with taxes here is $950… No thanks, even the Taylor made M1 from 2017 performs equally or better.

  9. TM has marketed this as a ‘fitter’s offering’ where lots of swappable tungsten screw options, in both mass and location, allows professionals to fit the driver to clientele. Meanwhile they have the same decade old single axis loft sleeve that does not allow independent adjustment of loft & lie.

Titleist & Callaway have had dual axis loft sleeves for several years, even Cobra now offers one. TM wants a premium price for outdated tech that offers far fewer fitting options for professionals. I’d call this yet another fail by TM.

  10. You want to lower spin? Raise your strike! You continue to hit it low in the face, raise your tee height just slightly.

  11. 1 shot, hit thin, with the weight forward. An edit error follows the next ? No data shown at least. Would have been very helpful if you had shown some data with the weight forward yea ?

  12. Did I miss the part where you compared all three drivers and look at the numbers?? I enjoy your reviews but I would like a more thorough comparison and summary at the end.

  13. Michael, no disrespect towards you. Every single driver you've testested over the past few years is " loaded " with technology, yet, , , , goes the same distance as last year's model. Thanks, but I'll keep my 15 year old Nickenk 9 degree draw Driver. It goes just as far and my $1000.00 saved can pay for my yearly green fees. Cheers!!
    I

  14. Same thoughts as you, both the core qi10 and 35 look giant to me. Still gaming the original stealth lol

  15. i have the Stealth 2 HD 9 degree regular shaft just turned 60 and have a swing speed of 90-94 mph do you think its beneficial for me to go to the Qi35 Max in 10.5 degree regular shaft ? look forward to your response or anyone elses thx a bunch
