The only real argument I`ve heard about changing the rim height is, are you also going to add new courts or adjustable hoops to every park? Every school? Where are the girls growing up going to practice their shooting?
Also the international game doesnt change its rules to make a more profitable, high viewership game like the NBA does. They would have to mke major adjustments to their shooting unless the world follows suit.
