Struggling with poor chipping?

Most golfers try to control trajectory and spin the wrong way.

They go back too low, create too much lag, and force shaft lean at impact.

The result? A low, rolling shot with no control.

If that sounds like you, here’s a game-changing drill to fix it:

🚨 The Wrong Way vs. The Right Way
❌ Wrong: Taking the club back too shallow and forcing lean forward causes the ball to come out lower with too much roll. You lose spin and control.
✅ Right: Adjust your right shoulder position to allow a natural lift and drop, keeping spin and control while launching the ball lower.

Step-by-Step Fix

1️⃣ Right Shoulder Position:Keep it neutral or slightly externally rotated. If it’s internally rotated (elbow’s “eye” facing the target), you’ll drag the club back too low, forcing the wrong lean.

2️⃣ Lift, Then Drop: Instead of dragging the club low and forcing lean
forward, lift slightly on the backswing, then let it drop naturally into the ball.

3️⃣ Spin & Control Over Power: This adjustment keeps spin high and trajectory controlled, allowing you to dictate your carry distance and rollout.

Why This Works
• A neutral right shoulder prevents excessive shaft lean.
• A slight lift on the backswing sets up a proper angle of attack.
• Spin increases while keeping trajectory low, leading to more consistent results.

Try this on the range and feel the difference!
