For me there seems to be no correlation between swinging and brushing the ground consistently and then repeating that with a ball in the way.
Ball position and staying through it is always key for off the deck
I always try to feel as if I am heavily pushing my lead foot down into the ground at impact. Impossible to lean backwards and push front foot down into the ground.
Thank you for this drill. I had never managed to achieve enough trajectory with my 3W, but now my simulator says I consistently do by 2 degrees more on average (22/30 shorts).
Awesome drills just need to get myself a fairway wood now 😂
I find that putting 80% of your weight on your front leg helps immensely.
Thank you for this drill. I will be trying it in my next practice on Monday.
😂I can swing 5 times and get 5 different low points
Oh Peter, I just love how you get me! You always understand my needs……Errr uhhh golf needs😂😂😂😂 Love your teaching
Pete saying “Fairway woods can be your friend” will be going through my head every time the 3 wood comes out.
I'm shedding my longer irons like a Lab in the springtime. Thinking about dumping the six. Loving my seven and nine woods.
Nice johnnie-o apparel!
Give me a spec, a tee, a point you want me to hit in a practice swing and illl hit it every time, front back middle easy. Then put a ball there…..
"This will not dig into the ground…" Yes it will!
I practice with flipping a penny, my father taught me that little practice tip. I enjoy watching and learning from you . Thank you
3:00 my inner thoughts as a greens keeper working whilst play is happening and watching golfers. Golf is hard, pass on a smile or look away with upmost respect
Great video Pete, fairway woods are gold for the game
(I’m only watching when I’m the target or my machine is distracting and power it down during someone’s swing)
