Good to see ‘talking balls’ back. It’s definitely worthwhile trying balls out for spin rate. It does make a difference and expensive doesn’t always mean better.
I've been playing these the past year and they are fantastic. Super durable, softer feel, great spin and distance. There is no viable reason to pay for Pro-V1's these days.
No it won’t. No ball will “kill” the ProV1. The Triad is a good ball, but there are several reasons Titleist is #1. I wish people would stop using “ProV1 killer” as tag lines.
I've been looking for Wilson Smartcore replacement for a while now (which I still have a bag full of!)…these look like the ideal ball to do that…thanks for the review James and Chris…very valuable!⛳
I swop between the Seed balls and the Wilson Triad, think that Seed have more options for winter golf and performance is similar, but the Triad certainly holes out more consistently for me. 👍 Enjoyed this video just to validate my tightness 😂
I use a Callaway Warbird but loved the Chrome X LS until they stopped making them. I prefer a firm ball off the putter face, as I get no feel from a softer ball. Am now starting to use refinished ProV1x balls; a marked improvement over the Warbird, as you would expect.
I have a few triads I have found but I haven't played them. I love the duo soft Wilson. James you are hitting the ball extremely well, mate. I think to make it fair to your mates you should go back to the Dunlop 65
I tried the original triad and found it cut up quite bad. Maybe just my swing. I was at the time hitting down instead of up on the driver. Distance was good. I use the new kirkland balls in yellow now because im half blind😂
I have actually shot a few rounds in the low 80s with Wilson Staff Duo golf balls. Wilson is very underrated when it comes to quality of their golf balls.

I loved the previous version. They were as advertised. Very straight.
Very underrated brand. I would like Wilson to label their balls with the blood stained Wilson Volleyball face from Tom Hanks’ Castaway movie.
I would buy every time
Thank those maybe worth trying after I use up my stash of Bridge Stone balls

Are you ever gonna talk about MAXFLI TOUR/ TOUR S / TOUR X balls from dicks sports goods? I will even send you some from America to test
Why are we sharing clubs out there?

Sam's Club, part of WalMart, will have 3 piece, urethane cover, golf balls. Price is $27.98 for 2 dozen golf balls. Sam's Club, is similar to Costco.

Got two boxes of previous models for the winter brilliant ball

That GP logo on the gillet James is poorly positioned. Needs to be closer to the shoulder
A great find last season. Was delighted to find some multi buy deals on these over the Xmas period👌
ball is great with the exception of it gets scuffs pretty soon
James you have to produce more videos than anyone on YouTube. I enjoy it, hardest working golfer on YouTube
Always enjoyable watching you two test golf balls, that Srixon driver sounded louder that the cow bell 😂😂
I wonder how they compare to the Wilson duo soft? I tried the previous triad but didn’t like the durability
I love watching your reviews on products but do they actually go in your bags or do you only use what you have sponsors for
Love the Triad. My favorite ball off the tee and with irons. Hate it off the putter, tho.
What golf bag does he use?
Err no it won’t 😉🤣
Not saying it isn’t a great ball, but to dethrone the Pro V will take some doing😉
Great display of putting lads
We need more ball talk!
Just ordered my first dozen of the Triad, looking forward to seeing how they perform.
Why does James go side saddle when he puts the ball down on green?

will you try the new wilson staff duo soft

Do you like it more than the Seed balls?
Taylormade just released the new tour response and
Discussing balls, my mate plays with only one ball. Long story but he still does ok. 😂
James and that Eleven mini look to be great friends.
I starting gaming the TRIAD a month ago. It's the best ball I have ever played. From tee to green it has it all. It is in the bag for the long haul
Does the Ogio golf bag have a bit to magnetise your range finder to?
I just got 4 dozen of the old triads cheap, I’m not good enough to care about the small changes in the 2025 ball. But good enough to love the ball.
