PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – The man accused of driving under the influence and seriously injuring two teens earlier this month is now facing additional charges.

According to court records, Richard Barker is now facing a charge of leaving the scene of a crash with serious injury, along with his other two previous charges of DUI causing serious bodily injury.

Court records show a warrant was issued and executed on February 20th for the charge of leaving the scene of the crash.

His first appearance was on Friday, where a judge set a bond of $25,000.

A judge also ordered Barker to have no contact with the victims.
