Neighbours and golf club object to house almost twice as big as planned
A couple who built a house “considerably larger” than planning permission allowed have been granted retention, despite objections from neighbours and the local golf club.
The site, at the rear of a property on the Howth Road in Sutton, Co Dublin, has been the subject of an on-and-off planning dispute for several years.
