  1. Three games in, the most invisible and replaceable Canadian forwards are Jarvis, Marner and Cirelli. And you can rely on Binnington to let in at least one weak goal per game. Let’s hope it’s not a back breaker in the final.

  2. Your take on Binnington is wrong straight up lol, he’s not the best we have, he literally the worst we have, give your head a shake, everyone else is using all their goaltenders and Hill is by far the best we have.

  3. Really CJ? 3 of the first 5 goals were muffins.

    BUT

Thompson, Kuemper and Blackwood exist. This sport is "what have you done for me lately". Binnington isn't them.

  4. Olp couldn't cover Rush cmon boys. Stick to hockey if you think anyone from ILP could hack a Ruch cover especially Raine

  5. Why so bullish towards keeping Binnington in net? Proven in '19 but not even recently and we overlook the more recently proven Hill?

  6. American here, and I agree about Binnington. One leaky goal per game happens. And that Larkin goal wasn't as bad as people say. It was a two on one and Larkin knows how to snipe. Cant wait for Thursday 🇺🇲🇨🇦🏒

  7. 11:03 that's a hot take, but I kinda agree. Both are awesome in different ways. This tournament had players leaving it all on the table at the first 4 games. The last two games were more like a fun "exhibition" match between the countries, leading into the final which is probably going to be nuts. It's like the first games were a dead sprint, last two were the "I'm tired but I'm staying ahead of you" vibes. Then come Thursday, players will be rested and ready to sprint even harder.

Then… well… regular season games a day later with a lot of teams best players completely beat up.

  8. My 3 year old daughter who has watched less than 5 FULL games in herife has not stopped talking about "the fights" every game since she asks "daddy are they going to fight!?"

  9. I don't get the Binnington outrage either. They have to blame someone though and they aren't going to blame their superstars. 1 goal against the US? Please lol. Binnington would have HAD to play to a shutout for that W. How about SCORE SOME GOALS?

  10. Those first 9 seconds were actually terrifying. I was honestly worried it might start a riot or become a "Good Friday Massacre" type of game.

  11. They cannot count on binnington for the crucial saves. Coaching putting marner with McDavid and or Crosby/Mackinnon is stupid, marner afraid of front of net or corners and boards

  12. Anyone who thinks Jordan Binnington is a good goalie, hasn't got a clue. If Canada goes back to that clown that let's in soft muffins one after another, Canada deserves to lose. Hell, Canada deserved to lose the moment Jon Cooper acted a child and basically said he'd never coach Logan Thompson. Grow up, and get a real goalie. Nothing to lose, go to Adin Hill. Binnington is a fraud.
