Pippen has bigger wingspan than Toumani, hence why he was better at stealing the ball from behind.

He probably has an edge up on someone like Thybulle or GP2 because he can effectively play the 4 or 5 on offense. A bit less demand for outside shooting from that position.
Blazers have a very interesting and balanced roster but they lack a star. It would be a good team for a guy like Kevin Durant for example to go
