I watched because I follow Cleetus. I don't think the other drivers can pull off a character like Cleetus can. It also makes Cleetus' stock rise above the rest. Please keep him racing!!!
The ARCA race was the first NASCAR type of race I have watched in over 10 years. When they went to stages and playoffs for racing, that ruined NASCAR for me. He was the only reason I tuned in and the only reason I will tune in more.
What's not to love with Cleeter? If you can't stand him, you probly don't like yerself eeether.
No, i dont think people should try to duplicate Cleetus' formula, it would feel too phoney. I think Garrett does a really good job of knowing when to be in character and not, and most of the time he's just Garrett who loves fast stuff.
make the sport cheaper so all the crazy characters can naturally come out of the woodwork
Garett is actually quite intelligent. He's also sorta crazy too. He is also a very good aircraft pilot and own's and fly's his own helicopter. In fact he trained on and has achieved a pilot rating on the Blackhawk Helicopter. Not only that but he is indeed an accomplished race car driver as well. If there is anyone more ready for Nascar it's him. Let the man have his career.
Garrett also flew his helicopter along side The Biff in his helicopter to help the people of North Carolina after the hurricane disaster. Garrett is a great guy and he deserved the help he got to get this ride and he did very well actually considering he was super green to the sport. He is coming to Dega next to rip around like a bald eagle with no sleeves…he’ll be doing it for Dale!!
