I personally love PING! Granted I'm a little bias because my grandpa was a PING ambassador back in the early 60's through the 90's so my grandpa had everything PING. Didnt get paid but had free clubs including all the prototypes. He has the original Anser Putter which is the prize of all his clubs!
Last year got the Wilson DynaPower Forged Irons. They beat out everything I tried (Srixon, Titleist, TM, Cobra, Mizuno). This year gonna upgrade my Titleist TS3 Driver. Will test all the big names and even Wilson and Tour Edge…. BTW, you are a fool if you choose that Ping over the Wilson…. why even do a head to head if you predetermined the brand you want. "Check out my new driver" is a silly way to choose. After hitting those drives you were with the Wilson, your group is going to ask you "what the hell are you hitting". And then go test it.

Anyone notice on the Ping SFT 3rd swing the ball speed was 142 and carry was 267, rolling out to 299? Those numbers are impossible to achieve (normalized at least)
I stopped watching your videos if they have to do with ping clubs. I feel like you guys are biased towards ping because they’re not in your shop which is understandable. It’s just kind of a shame because I love your videos and I love ping. I didn’t watch this video but I can guarantee you both picked Wilson. Even if it didn’t have better results due to some excuses.

Seems like saying you'd choose Ping (Because of the name) over Wilson after seeing obvious better results goes against every reason to get fit ?
If you count every shot, many of them would be off the fairway, necessitating recovery. No matter how far it goes, if it is in the woods it will not benefit you. It would be interesting to go out on the course with a driver and a mini driver. Counting every shot, you may find out that the mini driver equates to more consistent distance.

Great review guys I’m a great Wilson fan although I also love and respect Ping. Here in the UK a full bag of Wilson clubs are 30-35% cheaper than the major players and can match them on performance so for me a no brainer.

Ping is just the pinnacle of consistency. They just make woods that work. No crazy flash or heavy fluff marketing, just great clubs that fit 90% of all amateurs. Only reason they arent always purchased post fittings is brand bias imo. But they are my bar standard in most fits
I’ve just been fitted for irons I’m off 7 hcap in uk had p790’s on stiff I’m 58yrs old…the irons which I found best for me were the Wilson’s with a reg shaft..they were sublime in every way compared to the others I tried…regards driver I’ve got a stealth 2 USA Ryder cup( I’ve been called a traitor with that in my bag😂😂) however have tested the G440 max recently and it’s a beauty…will try the Wilson carbon now seeing your testing but the only thing which would probably sway me twds ping if they tested the same would be sell on value as I know the ping will fetch more second hand than the Wilson 🤔🤔
