Great drill I'm 76 and now I don't feel like I have to kill the ball.
Most people would love to swing easy etc as you are demonstrating but contact becomes an issue therefore leading to head down, stay still to get precieved control to have better contact. You cant talk swing easy without talking about ball striking when u swing free.

I notice you keep your right elbow tight to your rib-cage. I too try to remember to do this after rotator-cuff surgery. I'm booked on the April 3/4 course in Canterbury. Will you be there?

Very Nice. I just discovered your Easiest Swing Videos after hurting my back yesterday trying a different you tubers swing who tells you to start extremely closed and dont move at all. Didnt work for me… looking fwd to trying this once my back settles down. Cheers

Hey Guys. What actually instigates the move from a stationary position over the ball. I feel good then I’m practicing, but feel like it doesn’t work for me when I’m standing over the ball from a stagnate position.
Also would this be a good swing for a non senior golfer?
Thanks Aaron, my wife and I both booked onto the 2 day in April. Looking forward to it. I’m off 12 and have dipped in and out of ES. When it works it’s poetry and so effortless but then I’ll get a tight lie or a few chunks or thins esp with a wedge, so I slink back to a club face square through impact as I’ve been taught. My feeling is that at 5’7 I need to get a bit more rounded (flatter) like you and Sean where currently I’m a bit more upright like Phillip. At 54 I need a swing that has some longevity and the modern X factor swing doesn’t bode well for back health in later life.
