Till this day some of Bo's feats have never been duplicated like running up an outfield walk sideways and throwing a runner out from the outfield wall over 300 feet away on the flight of the ball never touching the ground when the catcher tagged him
I remember watching a corner take the correct angle to cut him off. . .and then thinking, "What's your plan if you actually catch him?" He's faster than you than you and has 30-40 lbs on you.
Not only did both Deion and Bo hold the fastest 40 times ever back then but the fact they were all stars in 2 pro sports is what makes them the best athletes ever.
All jokes aside, I just watched a clip of Bo running a 30yd+ TD against the Seahawks where he completely smokes their entire backfield and proceeds to put distance between them all the way into the endzone!? Most CB's or Safeties will eventually run-down even the fastest RB's in the league. I don't think I've ever seen anyone run-down Bo Jackson while he was running at full-tilt? I say all that to say that I believe that story.

Dam that big with that kind of speed has to be the best athlete ever
The new record was set not long after this video
It’s like a 4.21 now
Greatest Nfl back . And was pretty good Makor league baseball player.
He was such a great athlete at anything he did.
Oh, what could've and should've been!
"😲We were goin to the Superb😗wl that year baby!"
I heard 3.9
Look how much Bigger Bo is too
Please no body could beat Daryl Green of the washington redskins!!!
If he never got hurt, we'd be talking about Bo being not just the greatest back but the greatest player ever.
Some with stopwatches had him at 3.9

Bo was unbelievable in everything he did. He was amazing.
Bo said he actually ran 4.0 flat
I believe he did it.
Drose is the fastest man to ever live
4.21 seconds and 225 pounds of muscle. I can’t even comprehend how freakish that is.
Bo is the biggest what could've be. Lots of good athletes careers got cut short because of injuries. He's just one of them.
He ain't run no 4.13 tho
This man was dominant in two major sports. Truly special.
Most unbelievable athlete in my generation

I've seen him do impossible things. I believe him. Best I have ever seen and it's not close.
Too bad his run was never recorded . Can't find a video of he running the 40 yd
