  1. So the hands are actually slowing down as they approach the ball to allow the club head to catch up, like a whip, is that correct?

  2. Great lesson.. these are great video to regain or in some instances gain those feels for a proper start of the down swing. Especially using the stack and tilt methodology.. stuck inside for the winter.. good things to work on in my living room. Lol

  3. Is there a difference in feel between the two arms? A trail arm throw versus a lead arm pull? Or the imaginary arrow quiver?

  4. Great video lesson, Thanks! My take away is that the downswing is almost a reverse of the back swing. To me the positions look about the same.

  5. I don’t love this drill. For me, it limits my hip rotation, because you become too focussed on dropping your arms. The hips and lead-side weight pressure ALWAYS happens first, then the arms follow.

  6. Great highly overlooked lesson gentlemen! This concept has worked wonders for me! Thanks again and great editing Mary!🙏

  7. Two of my favorite guys. This session dovetails nicely with a recent video Rob did dealing with moving laterally toward the target before rotating the hips forward facing the target. Get something meaningful from all the lessons. You both mean a lot to me. Thanks and be well-Russ

  8. Graet video and great explanation of the key move in the downswing. I noticed that when Rob brings his hands down his left knee stays put. It seems to me that keeping the left knee steady helps keep your back to the target. I tried doing this and found focusing on my left kneee as I swung my hands down got me through the ball without spinning out or getting stuck. Does this make sense?

  9. I've enjoyed a lot of your videos. I'm not sure about this one. Go watch TPI or AMG videos and no golfer that shoots under 100 drops their arms like that b4 shifting, bending, and starting to twist, too. It's a good "feel," but it may need additional context imo.

  10. Hi Eric is your fastest hands speed from top to left arm parallel or from top to shaft Parallel on the downswing thanks for you help kindly advise Jack
