The biggest take aways for me were:– Complex skills should be broken into smaller, manageable parts. – Focus on mastering each small section before putting them together. – Practicing slowly increases accuracy and strengthens neural pathways. – Speed comes later, but precision is built first. – Errors are crucial to learning.
