Gastons white River resort in Arkansas definitely should be on your list bud. We go once or twice a year for the past 40 years. Best trout fishing youโll ever find. It would be a change up from largemouth at some point. Bonus they have a bass pond on site. Their restaurant is fire also.

Yo yakpak yโall should come to my home town and rent an air b&b or a room at the old mill itโs right on the south fork holston river known for big smallmouth and big rainbow and brown trout and believe it or not holds some of the biggest rock bass Iโve ever seen Iโll go catch them all day long one after another and Iโm talking 1-2 pound rock bass and like I said some big ole smallies and you could maybe do something while youโre here to help with some healing from the hurricane Helen that messed this little town up pretty bad maybe do a meet and greet or something I could help with anything
