I document like this so that I can look back at my form later on to see how I progress. During this practice I focus on holding the briefcase so that I can get room to hold the disc to get to the power pocket better.

  1. It definetly looks better, but it also look like you tense up right about when you release the disc. Is that because of a history of injuries or something? But the form looks really solid and a step- up towards the big drives.

  2. I see lots of potential but you’re not X stepping. Instead your “backwards stepping” very common mistake. It causes you to cheat the coil/ stretch. You should check out “slingshot disc golf.” It’s pro form similar to Paul mcbeth and Paige pierce! Also believe overthrow disc golf has a good video explaining the X step. Keep up the grind!
