Now for those of you that may not be familiar with Cameron or his game. You’re in for a treat because this young man should be considered one of the deadliest offensive threats that patrols the blue line coming out of this draft. And the reason for that is his skating ability. When Cameron is moving out there on the ice it just appears effortless. Which should go without saying that it allows him to perform well during breakouts and while cycling the puck around the offensive zone. Which he does with ease as he looks to
set himself or a fellow teammate up with the best opportunity to score a goal. To prove this, you don’t have to look much further than the 10 goals and 31 assists for a total of 41 points scored this season in 49 games played. Think about guys who wouldn’t want a defenseman that scores at or near a points-per-game pace, especially when you add to it that Cameron is a plus player. As evident by him finishing last season with a +18 average and he already is maintaining a +23 average this season.
