ClubLink Corp. has acquired Deer Creek, a 54-hole golf and country club in Ajax, Ont., for $45 million.
The golf property, which was established in 1989, includes a nine-hole shorter course, driving range and a performance academy.
It is situated on 445 acres of land.
Its North course features three sets of nine holes called Diamond, Ruby and Black Pearl. The nines of the South course are called Sapphire and Emerald.
