On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

The crown definitely looks like Taylormade drivers from recent years. I think they have missed a trick on price, if they were £300-£350 then they might be more appealing, like Cobra did a few years back.
Wilson need to incentivise shops to sell their clubs. They also need to provide more stock shaft options. Then they would sell more.
I still have my Wilson Whale driver. Doesn't quite have the distance compared to todays drivers but still fun to put in the bag.
Pricing!!! Make the price compelling. That’s how to get it into bags. Wilson drivers have no street credibility so they need to make it the cheapest (by a lot!!!) until they can get a significant number played and build some trust. Wilson is only $50 less…it should be $300 less if they want to sell them.
These drivers look great! Last years model also looked great! Unfortunately the driver market is a 4 horse race and everyone else is fighting for table scraps. TM, Callaway, Titleist and Ping are the kings of the driver market. Wilson, Mizuno, Tour Edge and Srixon all make great drivers but most will never give them a fair shot. I almost bought the new Srixon MkII driver but my history with Taylormade pushed me to get a Stealth 2. I don’t regret it either. I’ll probably be bagging TM until I can no longer play. Maybe I’m apart of the problem
K I appreciate the fact that Wilson is putting out good clubs, but you can get the latest, greatest Mizuno driver for $300 brand new, or any of the top OEM 1 year cycle drivers last year stock brand new for way less than the Wilson. I think most people would opt for a new qi10 or ai smoke for $300-400 than the Wilson at $550.

what do wilson need to do to get it in golfers hands? put a taylormade or callaway sticker on it.
doesn't matter if its the best driver in the world, unless any of the top guys are using it, not many will care about them. I still have Wilson D7 driver, 5 wood and 3 hybrid in my bag

Rick said what he would give to hit the driver stright like that all the time, well he wasn't far off, great review for the wilson, but here is the thing, he said he wasn't desprate to put it in the bag, and Rick isn't being a snob, but it's true along the line most of us are golf snobs and would rather pick a Taylor made with a few yards less than a "Wilson" tell me I'm wrong…. I'd pick the wilson
I think Rick really needs to fix his side bend… look at @12:59 right after impact, youre going to hurt urself. Not going to be young forever 🙁 we need you to stay healthy <3
Wilson has been making huge leaps in the past decade. Irons have been incredible since the v6, their golf balls are getting very good with triad and staff model, and now the dynapwr woods look and perform great. Outstanding job by WS’s golf team

Rick you gotta put the LS in the bag. It certainly earned it with those numbers.
Hopefully they fixed the face mine lasted few rounds and the center was indented. Some of the weirds flight trajectories i ever seen lol

Rick, what do you think of this line compared to the Cortex? Worth the upgrade?
I just ordered the LS and 4W to replace my 2023 Carbon model and 3W. Wilson gets my vote for most improved player award for last five years!
I’ve been really wanting to try Wilson irons for awhile, mainly for the prices but I also know they’re well made. I am curious as to what type of golfer the Carbon model is for.
Wilson is so underrated due to the marketing of the other companies. That being said, the LS model of the dynapwr should be tested on the course. Mr shiels – listen to your fan base.. we like what we saw out of it.
