  1. Traps are like shoulders. They respond from a lot of other compound moves already, so they really don't actually need a bunch of specific muscle isolation. Like throw some shrugs into your routine with farmer carries and rows, and your traps will grow

  2. When you ask you bud to review your script but you don't check if they changed something before you use it.

  3. Im shrugging for days at a decent weight for me too but after watching your trap vid with DLB im holding the squeeze for a few seconds. Definately felt more today.

  4. I believe cap's funny afterimage effect is supposed to be the same as the effect seen when you use his sprint ability or assemble ultimate ability.

  5. Tom Hardy juiced hard for that role there are even pics of him with horrible back acne he got while shooting for that movie. When you juice your traps get huge no matter what. I doubt he did anything close to 10-25 sets of shrugs or whatever hell i doubt he even directly trained traps lmao. Mike ily but the average man won’t be doing that many sets tf

  6. Big traps are lame. You got to have the shoulders for it. So if your shoulders aren't big, big traps are not a good look. Big shoulders with not big traps still looks good if you've got a developed back. Traps just are not a concern for anything beyond body building for competition.

  7. I don't even train specifically train traps but they look like I do. They respond a lot from deadlifts, rows, and shoulder work for some reason.

  8. Traps are a muscle that just builds over time from actually putting your dumbbells away.

  9. I've worked on my traps for years. The back side of my traps are huge, but looking at me from the front you can't tell I ever did a shrug 🙁 Nothing I do allows me to build those coconuts on top. Nothing…..

  10. You want traps, do roids. The NUMBER ONE indicator of roid usage: big traps. No real, functional weight lifter targets traps (or shoulders).

  11. Okay i feel pretty lost at the moment, he said 10 extra sets to start with. Which just sounds like complete overload to me. But what do i know im the guy whose been lifting for 10 years and cant seem to get the massive no neck traps that i want.. Im wondering what im missing. My traps grow but only at the rate my back and shoulders grow. Leaving me with the same proportions. Guess ill add 10 extra sets until im doing 25 sets of traps. What the rep range for this

  12. I don't think traps make you look good. You look bigger, but not fitter. I avoid traps if I can. The slope makes you look narrower.
