Episode #22 of Playing Every Course in New Zealand
Carrington Estate is a gem on the Kari Kari Peninsula in the Far North of New Zealand. It’s a vast golf course with lots of hills and long walks between tee boxes, so a cart is essential. Beautiful views of Kari Kari Beach sand dunes, and the iconic Mt Puheke.
The course design is great, and as you’ll see in the drone shots, the bunkers, slopes, and hazard areas make for a challenging round. The greens were very patchy but still rolled suprisingly really well, and they have a new superintendent greens keeper from Sydney who has started to bring the place back to life.

you should play south head golf club, so nice for so cheap
Nice one brother, glad you enjoyed yourself here in the far north. My local Waitangi Golf Course is also beautiful
Cool drone shots there, didn't look like many flat bits on that course!
Drive on the 18th. was the best of the day, smooth as. I was worried on the last green after the sales spiel you were gonna miss that putt.
I know looks aren’t everything but this place could be as stunning as some of the premium courses! Will be cool to see what the new greenskeeper can do. Great video bro 🙂
Just christ what has happened to that course looks like utter shit!!
Course has potential for those views but TBH looked alittle rough ?
