This is going to be huge everywhere! In state's where the weather sucks for a large portion of the year something like this in that state is going thrive if they can actually make it make money some how. It's just so big and looks like it can only accommodate one group at a time playing together. As awesome as it looks… it doesn't look like a golf model that can make enough profits from public play.
