  1. So the rubber band (from lead pinky down to lat insertion into the lead hip) reaches it's full length at the top of the back swing. The extra stretch that drops the arms naturally into the slot is not your arms forcing down, but the squaring of the hips and back still facing the target?

Todd's talk about pressure into the legs reminds me of something from Ernie Els short game book where Els talked about posture and about holding a club shaft along the legs, and putting pressure downward onto the legs like an Olympic weight lifter before he lifts the barbell above his head. If you've read that book would you agree with that feel to create pressure into the legs, and that sensation might be good for posture and pressure for the legs in the long game as well?
