  1. Spot on when they layout is decent but conditions are poor it hard to teae apart a place where when you gentleman play probably worse conditions it show how spoiled we can be. Some should see this and help restore it to where the $40 is worth the play. To many places charging $100 for the same conditions sucks. Good on ya boys

  2. I think Floridians have slightly skewed expectations. There are so many amazing courses that an average course is looked down on.

  3. Not nearly as bad as the reviews. Must be some people who played terrible and just wanted to blame the course and everything in sight

  4. For me, even the worst gold course is still a course. It can still be fun! Way better than a day at work!

  5. i live on a course in Orlando and it makes me laugh how the FL residents criticise anything thats not super well maintained ,yet they moan about green fees. Thanks for a fair review

  6. Would you guys know anything about takomo releasing some more of the copper colored irons like the ones you have James?

  7. Thanks again for another great video. I believe 3 is an honest rating of this course as we have seen here. I have played much worse golf courses. One we used to call a "goat ranch" but has been improved in the last few years. As difficult as these greens were, I have played worse. The only way this course deserved such a poor rating is if the charges were double or more .

  8. I played that lovely track a few years back. It’s still a cow pasture…🏌🏿‍♂️⛳️🐊🇺🇸👍😎

  9. Looks like a decent track, in winter. Maintenance obviously can cost a fortune so well done and it was fun. But you paid reasonable $$$ and had a good time. It wasn’t $500

  10. I guess I'm spoiled here in North Carolina. You couldn't pay me to play on a course that bad. There are driving ranges by me that have more grass on them. Interesting to watch, but they need a major renovation to survive.

  11. LAB putters in the bag gentlemen. Takomo irons. Any body who’s anybody on YouTube these days has the gear and you guys were on board early

  12. These courses are common in Florida. Normally, the greens will not break much, or they will be very slow. If you played one of the Reunion Resort courses, then you play a nice course.

  13. “Chip and a putt” is a negative thought because you’re implicitly expecting to miss the chip 😂

    From now on please say

“Chip in (eagle/birdie/par)” … depending on the hole and how many shots you’ve already taken

  14. I'd be pretty happy with this course. I find that I don't have any more fun on expensive courses. Makes much more sense for me to play more often on cheap courses.

  15. Ah, Glen Abbey. Went to college up the street at Stetson, the BEST bang for your buck driving range. $5 for 50 balls and sometimes the machine would give you an extra small bucket on accident. Finish your range session early? Take a quick look around and just hop on the first tee when no one’s lookin. Bar is AMAZING too, dont forget to stop by the Beer Stop. Love that fkn place

  16. I live near Amelia Island (north of Jacksonville). If you play up here I have a bunch of Wine Gums I’d be happy to offer as a bribe.
