  1. I agree that Rodgers should hang it up, but not because of wins. He clearly isn't going to benefit a team unless they fully cater to him, and he's simply not worth it anymore. IF he could just be plugged in and run whatever offense the Jets decide to run, it'd make sense, but not when AR gets to do whatever he wants and has so much say over things. For once I agree with Chase, get rid of him!

  2. Hasn’t Rodgers already shown himself to be polarizing/toxic to this team? Maybe the experience James had is an anomaly. Agree with Shady and Chase.

  3. I hate to say it; James is right.
The jets are trash. Everyone Who goes there is trash. They had me thinking Darnold was toilet water. Now we know it's them 😂. Though Zak was the problem. Nope just the jets. Thought it was Saleh. Nope just the jets. Same as the Browns.

  4. James….the man started the season off terrible and selfishly. Then came into an organization trying to turn heads as if his play could back it up. The baggage he comes with doesn’t equate to winning it equates to the record he ended the season with

  5. JJ is my guy, but why does he get so upset EVERY time somebody speaks against Aaron Rodgers? Rodgers will go down as one of the best to do it, but he is NOT what he was. He was 51-12, and that fact is undisputed. Winning is the business!

  6. Glenn has to go "Sean Payton" on Rodgers and the Jets. Can't have a divisive Alpha in the locker room, especially one who's used to demand and do whatever he wants, and who already lost young talents like Sauce or Wilson. Should trade Adams, too.

  7. Aaron Glenn is from the Bill Parcells era. Bill Parcells never held any guys hands told him how it was if you were bum you a bum so he’ll fit right in. He ain’t gonna have no problems when Rogers when Rogers talks they’ll be all right Aaron and Aaron taking the Jets to another level that Salas couldn’t do.

  8. Shady : stats matter for Josh and Lamar even if they LOSE in the playoffs,

Shady : Stats don't matter for Joe Burrow, and Aaron Rodgers because they lost in the regular season, Dak Prescott 2nd in MVP voting stats didn't matter last year either because he lost in the playoffs last year. Dude is a top tier hypocrite

  9. I’m with James on this I don’t mind the ARodgers criticism because he be on bs but if he locked in and more healthy from that injury he can finish the HOF career off strong. And that coach might have a chance to not get fired in his 1st year 🤦🏾‍♂️

  10. 😂😂 maaaaaannnnn, I don't care what ya'll think, shady is hilarious. What a national treasure 😂😂

  11. Everyone needs a friend like James Jones the way he stands behind Aaron Rodger right of wrong is commendable

  12. Had to play the Race Card
    Glen was a Woke/DEI hire
Better be glad my president didn't block the hiring when he returned to his kingdom. But he'll get fired and deservedly so after his first and last year

  13. James doesn’t take into account that people change. There is no guarantee that a player is the same guy now as he was 15 years ago as a young man winning a Super Bowl.

  14. True jet fans know that rodgers has to go. Yes stats were good, yes he fkn aaron rodgers and theres most likely not another qb as good in draft or free agency but just watching those close games that jets should of won, ar didnt have the fire, truthfully feel like he was protecting his stats more than anything.

  15. If rodgers leaves or stays and has another bad year, this will go down as the biggest failure in nfl history in terms of what people were expecting to be a great start for a qb. Just due to the fact that players were traded and signed to the jets specifically for rodgers.

  16. First thing I'm doing is getting rid of Rogers if I'm the new coach. Before I evening get in the door that's what I do. The man fell out with every head coach that ever coached him. It comes to a point when it's you bro and not the coach.

  17. Rodgers was given no coaches , no defense and no special teams , no qb is winning that especially a Rodgers in his later years , he can win with competent team around him which is what he was supposed to have till Jets management sabotaged everything, nothing else out there for qb , give him last year to let raw rookie learn and see if he can win with real coaches, the way people twist things onto Rodgers to take all the blame is crazy , he was the least of their issues

  18. Two players opinions and negative experiences trump the other 99 percent of players saying the opposite? In what world does that make sense , so no other great player has had not a single issue or conflict with an ex teammate, or is Rodgers the only one getting it held against him that two dudes out of hundreds had a bad experience with him and Greg even said it was specific situation and that he had thought Rodgers was a good leader and teammate except for that one time , why does these two dudes opinions matter more than everyone else’s , I’m genuinely curious why James opinion doesn’t matter and theirs does , obviously one would say because people want a reason to hate on the dude so ignore any positive from credibile sources

  19. Somebody needs to remind James Jones that Aaron Rodgers finished the season 34th in completion percentage, 24th in yards per completion and 31st in QBR – whilst finishing second in attempts. He wasn’t accurate. He wasn’t long. But he threw so darn much he accumulated what he did.

In addition, the Jets finished second last in rushing yards and TD’s. You know why? Aaron Rodgers takes all opportunities himself, including the short yardage scores. 18 individual RB’s scored as many or more TD’s as the entire Jets team this year. Rodgers numbers are inflated because Aaron Rodgers makes sure that Aaron’s Rodgers numbers are the best they can be.

Forget those headline stats. They tell a story that hides what actually happened.
