I agree that Rodgers should hang it up, but not because of wins. He clearly isn't going to benefit a team unless they fully cater to him, and he's simply not worth it anymore. IF he could just be plugged in and run whatever offense the Jets decide to run, it'd make sense, but not when AR gets to do whatever he wants and has so much say over things. For once I agree with Chase, get rid of him!

If rodgers leaves or stays and has another bad year, this will go down as the biggest failure in nfl history in terms of what people were expecting to be a great start for a qb. Just due to the fact that players were traded and signed to the jets specifically for rodgers.

Rodgers was given no coaches , no defense and no special teams , no qb is winning that especially a Rodgers in his later years , he can win with competent team around him which is what he was supposed to have till Jets management sabotaged everything, nothing else out there for qb , give him last year to let raw rookie learn and see if he can win with real coaches, the way people twist things onto Rodgers to take all the blame is crazy , he was the least of their issues

Somebody needs to remind James Jones that Aaron Rodgers finished the season 34th in completion percentage, 24th in yards per completion and 31st in QBR – whilst finishing second in attempts. He wasn’t accurate. He wasn’t long. But he threw so darn much he accumulated what he did.
In addition, the Jets finished second last in rushing yards and TD’s. You know why? Aaron Rodgers takes all opportunities himself, including the short yardage scores. 18 individual RB’s scored as many or more TD’s as the entire Jets team this year. Rodgers numbers are inflated because Aaron Rodgers makes sure that Aaron’s Rodgers numbers are the best they can be.
Forget those headline stats. They tell a story that hides what actually happened.
