  1. Going from a deadlift bar to a stiff bar at that level is a huge change. To still pull mid 800 not peaked is wild. Johns squats and dead’s seem super strong early in prep. Strong man lifts (axle bar and carries) have seemed to be a good change in stimulus to push johns squats and dead’s. Moving into peaking dialing in the big 3 is going to be crazy. Stay healthy John

  2. At six minutes I think he wants a barbell that you can change the bar on. Like if you are using a stiff bar remove the middle and hot swap a deadlift bar without unloading the sleeves. I mean you could probably do that with enough rolling space and a pair of snap ring pliers.

  9. Are you still coming off completely in between your cycles ? Perhaps you should try doing TRT in between so your strength, especially pressing strength, doesn’t take such a hit? Or is that just from the injury?
