  1. So good. Both with Liamโ€™s explanations and Jamesโ€™ clarifying comments. Really appreciate this guys!

  2. The only problem is that Janes "crushes" his driver into the rough and makes bogey. He talks a good game, and plays average to SHITE.

  3. The throwing and true effextive release pattern is something I fought for so long as I thought that equated to a flip. I tried for so long to rotate my way to speed. The brace and break feel is so freeing.

  4. 1. Liam is a brilliant coach; that must be said.
    2. Thank you for featring him, James.
    3. Curiously, i seem to have more control w my AoA on driver and fairway woods than irons. It is odd. my sequencing seema better as well. it is very odd.

  5. Excellent video. Iโ€™m a very good wedge and short iron player but struggle immensely with woods and driver. This explanation really resonates with me in the fact that my tendencies are exaggerated with the long clubs. Iโ€™ll be working on these feels next range session ๐Ÿ‘

  6. Very relateable indeed! My driver feels to ensure I get energy out to the club head soon enough change like the weather. One day a throw from the top feel will bomb it. Same feel the next day won't even hit the ball and I have to sqeeze it more. Constantly back and forth between those sorta feels.

  7. Maybe in every video you both do, if Liam swung the club very slowly gettting into the desired position with no vocal just to hammer home the required body and arm/ hand positioning etc and then the 4 positions stationary, it would take maybe 20 seconds, I think the serious golfer could watch check rewind the clip, and it would hammer home the message it might be helpful.—– Just a thought.
Congrats to you both GREAT VIDEO—— Liam is going to be in great demand
He is very good. Thanks Guys.

  8. Feeling that 'breaking' of the hands/arms is vital to this working and increasing clubhead speed.
    Good info here.

  9. Fantastic video, really appreciate both you and Liam for going through this.

To anyone on the fence, get your towel out, itโ€™s worth it. Using Liams drills and consistent on course practice has got me down from 7.6 to 3.4 this year but driver has still been a little unwieldy at timeโ€™s as a high speed player so very much looking forward to putting this into practice over winter

  10. I used to hit driver with that aggressive low ball flight with a fade but every now and then the dreaded slice would get me in trouble or what about that dog leg left?? I've slowly trained myself using a tee a meter from my tee lined up where I want it and then line up my club make sure my right foot is back and club face slightly open and focus on hitting around my body and its been consistent straight drives. I've lost around 40 meters of distance but I find way more fairways with a straight shot.

  11. Nice one as always, fully invested after a lesson with Liam, especially the head cover throw (via TGN)
Also enjoy your โ€œsoloโ€ content ๐Ÿ‘

  12. Great video. Really trying to get the feel of the release and not try and pull from the way down.

At 11.30 Liam talks about the different force applying to the grip end of the club. Could you elaborate on that? The timing of this is critical as earlier after transition would be a pull. From my understanding later…helps with squaring the club face and the throw.

  13. Loved this, very clear and easy to understand, and it clarifies a lot of my personal misunderstanding! Thanks๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  14. Itโ€™s so addictive when you hit a good shot with this swing
I no longer think about clubface, takeaway position or hip bump

Stay relaxed, push with pec, move in keeping hips level
    Whip arms

Stay relaxed & itโ€™s a great ball flight. I get shit shots if I go to old habits of holding on & grip too tight

Always need to let out a JW โ€œthatโ€™s a fucking jokeโ€ when I hit a bullet straight shot

Driver is hard but I have a LS Srixon mk2
It helps me stay in-play around 230 yards.

Keep my back to target longer & tee higher & it will launch. Only if Iโ€™m playing ok

  15. Again this is saying to me what I've always believed; that all very right hand dominant people should play golf left-handed. Visualise a Federer one handed tennis backhand, weight naturally going forward, front knee naturally flexing and straightening, follow through naturally low to a high finish – if only I'd known this when I started.๐Ÿ˜ข

  16. How do you control the face? Iโ€™m so intrigued by this technique but itโ€™s worries me about the face

  17. Heโ€™s really fast to does he work out , what workouts you doing for the new speed m8 love the new videos ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
