Excellent information, quickly provided and super easy to understand. I have always preferred the look and feel of a "crank neck, or plumber's neck" putter. Now I know why. I have always wondered why, but never took the time to do any research. This explains it all. Thanks.

Thanks for this information. My tendency is to hit putts out to the right of the hole. (Am right handed) which putter hosel would help correct that?
Center shaft.
Not strictly back and through, definitely not much arc but natural as a human body confined to the task at hand would move.
