Gets the hands low and back close to the body. Do that and you will get lag. If you go after lag directly, it usually doesn’t work. In other words, do the things you need to do to get the effect you want. Do not go straight to the effect, it won’t work.
Her wrist hinge at P-2. But is not a position she achieves by holding the wrists in the position, rather by having loose wrists and turning her body, a good thought for all golfers. Also she derives power from the ground by pushing up from her left foot, but that is not necessarily a good move for older amateurs to try to copy. It requires to much precision timing and can lead to injury.
